California Santa Ynez Valley Syrah with Crushendo
The addition of the Crushendo crushed grape skin pack creates a room filling bouquet of berries and mouth-filling velvety soft tannins that make an immediately drinkable wine that will age indefinitely. Serve with red meat and game or herbed or spiced dishes.
Silver Award (WineMaker Magazine) Castellina Supertuscan with Crushendo
This wine is dark cherry in colour with highlights of pretty ruby-garnet. Bold, yet supple and expansive enough to be consumed with great pleasure, the big, smoky, earthy, nose of ultra-ripe cherry and current like fruit is followed by a richly tannic long, long finish. Good acidity makes this a very food friendly wine that pairs perfectly with meat dishes and tomato sauces.

Corvina Classico Di Veneto with Crushendo
The power grape of Italy’s famed Valpolicella, Bardolino and Amarone, Corvina is renowned for fruity, full-bodied wines with cherry aromas and a hint of almond. Corvina Classico has lush, intriguing aromas of ripe red cherries and raspberries, delicate hints of almond, toast and spice and a richly tannic finish that has the fruit lingering on your palate for many minutes. Serve with grilled beef and pork, strong cheeses and red sauces.

Montagnac Vieux Chateau d'Oc with Crushendo
A medium-full bodied bold wine, ruby red in colour with a deep dark plum and blackberry bouquet showing subtle accents of chocolate. Rich, lush and complex, soft black fruits combine with a hint of spiciness that follows through with a firm, tannic finish on the palate. Serve with lamb, braised meats and other flavourful meat dishes.

Lodi Old Vines Zinfandel
A dry, sturdy, vigorous red wine that is very fruit-forward with flavours of black fruits, cherry, leather and spice. Serve with spicy red meats, hot sausages and duck breast.

New Zealand , Marlbourough, Sauvignon Blanc
The first wine kit made with juice and concentrate from New Zealand. Snappy and refreshing this wine offers aromas of gooseberry, pink grapefruit, lime-leaf, tropical fruit and more. Few wines achieve the amazing aromatic complexity and zesty fruitiness of a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Serve with seafood, roasted chicken and spicy food.

Oregon Yamhill County Pinot Gris
A delicately balanced wine with mouth-filling texture lead to aromas of honey, pear, floral and lemon-citrus flavours. This wine will unfold to rich complexity and even greater texture after a year in the bottle. Serve with pesto, shellfish, salmon creamy cheeses and fresh fruit.

Sonoma Dry Creek Valley Chardonnay (Unwooded) A fresh, well-balanced wine with typical Chardonnay characteristics of tropical and citrus aromas and fl avours. The fruit quality of these grapes is allowed to shine through, and the rich, round mouthful lingers to a long, crisp finish without the influence of oak. Compliments almost any meal, including grilled chicken, fish and seafood.

Washington Columbia Valley Riesling
A fresh, exciting Riesling with floral aromas. Ripe peaches and apricots fill the mouth of this medium-bodied white wine. Lightly enhanced by Süsse Reserve for added fruitiness and a touch of sweetness. Serve with seafood and grilled chicken.
